ram and hdd size seem fine at 4GB and 250GB, clock speed could be a little higher at 2GHz, nvidia is a good graphics card, not sure about samsung as a brand I have never known anyone who has owned one, you might want to check out lenovo and hp to see what they offer in a similar price bracket
