    Should UPC start to offer Digital at no extra cost?

    Perhaps just the current Analogue channels on their digital service but no extra cost, and if you want to upgrade you can.

    Maybe a charge for the new equipment.

    I remember this was discussed here before (can't find the thread). But I think this price includes analogue and digital. But it's a bit vague. You'd be better off ringing them.

    Seeing as the basic digital package is cheaper than the analogue package, you should be able to switch over and save money. You should be able to get the analogue stations without UPC having to do anything afaik.
