I get this through Disk Utility. What can I do to fix? I tried repair permissions. Do I need Disk Warrior?

    You probably don't.
Just boot into single user mode (Cmd+S after reboot, when you hear the boot chimes). You shall be placed into the command line, and eventually you should see the cursor at the prompt. (This only works if you have not set a password for OpenFirmware. [Not the OS])

and do an fsck by typing
    /usr/sbin/fsck -y
