Six units of Dublin Fire Brigade are on the scene of a huge fire at a business park in north county Dublin.

The fire, at the Eurocycles store in Airside Motor Park in Swords, was reported at about 4.30pm.

A total of seven units were dispatched to the scene. Six, including a water tender, are still trying to bring the blaze under control.

A fire brigade spokesman said the damage to the premises is understood to be extensive.

It is not known how the fire started and there are no reports of injuries.
With Christmas coming, this is bad news for EuroCycles and their staff. They've been good supporters of the sport, I hope they can pull through this.

Wonder how much a blob of carbon will cost?

Lets see what's (generally) fireproof and perfectly useable e.g. crank puller tool or cassette lockring nut thingy, hubs maybe....

doubt it, if it's a big inferno it can warp or break steel girders even.
