I have 190 something Euro D in my Current Account. If I had proof that I'll be able to pay everything back would I still be able to use an Overdraft?

Do you have a job? I would imagine the bank will want to know if you will have some sort of income.

I've seen a lot of your posts over the past few years. I really think you need to face whatever fear of society you have (whether it be through counselling or whatever) and get a job.

I'm not trying to be harsh, but it is clear your fear is beginning to cause you financial problems.
