    Hey:)

I think you'l find there are people on here with years experience who are still learning!! Though I think when you stop it would probably get boring:p

I like your first one though if you enhanced the colour of the leaves it would make it pop a bit more.

The second photo seems a bit out of focus Just curious if you were shooting on auto or manual focus? Just as some times i've noticed when I shoot on auto seem to get pics like this and need to switch to manual.

Your last photo of the swan is pretty good. It's a nice close up.

    Cheers Jen.
The focus on the second photo was deliberate. I was using manual focus on a 50mm f1.8 lense.
The swan was a very obliging model. He just sat in the one position for a solid minute.

Ya good work. #1 and #7 do it for me.

I can see what ur trying to do with #2, trying to lead the eye down the rail with a small DOF, but i dont think theres no major interesting point in the photo if you get me.

#3 and #4 are kind of snapshots, by which i mean that theyre not "artistic" per sé. You need to get closer to the subject, cause you cant see the detail.

#5 and #6 i think your DOF is too small. I know that when u get a 50mm 1.8 you think to yourself, "nice one, il get a bit of bokeh in here", but you need to get the subject fully in focus primarily i would say, leaving the background blurred. Hard to explain what i mean.

Anyway, nice work. Keep it up
