      Simple enough if you know where.
      You go to console settings then go to devices pick your hard drive and there will be option to epmty space (something like that, don't remmember exact path, but you'll find it) and from there just delete profile.
      Don't delete your own, it's not recoverable.

      Yeah, as OP said, I think its something like System Settings -> Memory Settings -> Gamerprofiles -> Delete

      Not sure of the exact path as I'm not in front of the 360, but you should be able to find it...
