GATE VALVES IN HOT PRESS

The gas central heating is heating the rads but not the wate to the taps, i need some advice from someone in the know or a plumber as which gate valve i have to turn, as when i looked in the hot press there are a number of gate valves and im confused which one to turn.

Hard to know without seeing your layout but generally all valves should be fully open, so turn anticlockwise as far as they will go.
