    there's this manager where i work, he works in a different department to me but passes by about 2 or 3 times a day on his way to lunch, for a fag or whatever...
    he often stops for a chat and he seems like a really nice guy, the thing is that he just gets sooo flirty...
    he's really cute but sometimes i just cant help but get really really embarassed... i get lost for words and go red and there isn't a hope he hasn't noticed... i just cannot stop myself and im mortified!

    even my friends have admitted it to me that i am incapable.. im just not able to flirt and when put in that situation i just dont know what to do and so get really embarassed!

    how can i talk to him without turning purple and being lost for words??..... any help or advice would be great....

    Just talk to him! Like you would a friend, or a friends friend! He's no big deal! Just relax and enjoy the attention. Most people would love what you're receiving :)

    Try to stop thinking "OMG he's so cute" and talk to him like he was someone you talk to every day (which you seems to do anyway :))
