Broke the lens of my Canon EOS 1000F model and am clueless about where to look online/offline ( living in Cork) for a replacement and about what to get and how much I can expect to pay. Any advice appreciated.

Ebay perhaps. What lens was it, one of the standard 28-90 mm lenses?
