Dear Customer,
Please note the following important notices regarding the Top Gear Live shows at RDS Simmonscourt.

TOP GEAR LIVE IS A NO PARKING EVENT
GETTING TO TOP GEAR LIVE

DO** Take Public Transport
********** Give yourself extra time to get to Simmonscourt
********** Read your timetable
********** Arrive up to 1 hour but no later than 30 minutes before your
********** scheduled showtime.
DON’T Forget your ticket (or wristband if appropriate!)
********** **** Be Late – there is no admittance once the show starts
********** **** Drive to the event – this is a no parking event.
Ballsbridge and approach roads will experience very heavy volumes of traffic over the course of the Top Gear Event and we ask if at all possible to avoid bringing your car to the area. There will be very limited car parking available in the Ballsbridge area and NO PARKING at Simmonscourt.
Box Office Ticket Collections
Customers must bring along their confirmation email and appropriate identification i.e. credit card in order to collect tickets. Tickets will be available for collection at the RDSTickets.com ticket booth inside the grounds of Simmonscourt.
Ticket Scanning
Ticket scanning will be in operation. Please keep your tickets dry in the event of wet weather conditions to ensure you experience no delays when trying to gain entry.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
If your tickets are lost or stolen please come directly to the Box Office with the credit card used to purchase the tickets and subject to verifying your identity we will re-issue tickets for you. Please note that where tickets are re-issued the original tickets will be immediately invalidated and will not pass access control scanning. You can contact 01-2407239 if you have lost or had your tickets stolen.
Retain your tickets at all times
It is important that you retain your tickets at all times as you may be asked to produce them when moving between the Live Theatre Show and the Exhibition hall.
Wrist Bands
If you have received a wrist band which entitles you to enter the back stage Paddock Tour you must wear this at all times. This does not allow access to the event without a valid ticket.

These earliest arrival times do not apply to Corporate Customers or those who have booked a VIP Brunch or Lunch ticket. If you have booked one of these tickets then you will have been advised of your specific arrival times. Please refer to the literature enclosed with your tickets. If you have any questions in this regard please contact 01-2109290.
PLEASE NOTE on Saturday Nov 29th there is a Leinster Rugby Match scheduled in the RDS at 5.30pm. Allow extra time for travel between the hours of 4pm and 8pm.
We recommend the following means of public transport to get to the show:
Dart – Exit at Sandymount Station. Take a right on Sandymount avenue to Merrion Road. Cross Merrion Road at the lights to Simmonscourt Rd.
Dublin Bus – Routes 4, 7, 7a, 8, 18 and 45 are key buses that serve RDS from suburbs and city centre.
Aircoach – Stops outside Simmonscourt. Aircoach serves Dublin airport and city centre hotels.
Taxis – Taxi drop-offs will be facilitated along Simmonscourt Road.
Discounted Parking Facilities at Q Park for TOP GEAR Ticketholders.*
We recommend parking in the following city centre car parks and have arranged a discount upon presentation of your Top Gear Ticket. Present your Top Gear ticket to the Customer Service desk at any of the 3 Q Park locations below during the event days and you will receive 1 hour of parking free based on a minimum stay of 3 hours.

There is limited disabled parking available at the event.
Parking for people with disabilities will be available via Gate P on Shrewsbury Road, from where they will be directed to a dedicated parking area near the event entrance.0

Yep, says on the tickets in BIG capital letters....
Do NOT bring your cars cos WE are using the car parking for all of our gear and luvverly cars!!
