I've actually been thinking about this for a very long time and have decided to get abit into business just as something on the side.

I know I don't have to be VAT registered unless I'm making about 70k a year (I'm off abit)

Anyways I'm on loads of forums where people will buy say 10units off me at once. What I want to get into is maybe thing's like Nintendo wii or even better the Wii-fits as these seem to be very hard to get in bulk.

I rang loads of companys and none seem to have the stock I need, most tell me they won't deal with the public but when I say I have 30k willing to spend they're very keen.

I've checked out selling Apple products but the margin is very very small, I'm not looking to become a millionaire over night but I think with the money I have I should be able to get a good deal, would anyone have any advice? The reason I'm asking for the North of course the Sterling rate isn't bad not to menton the big price difference.

People keep saying don't bother with branded goods, import cheap stuff from China but I don't really want to do that, I would rather sell branded goods.

    Thanks

While I don't know of any particular companies I would suggest looking to the UK mainland also...If you are buying in enough bulk the higher shipping costs would be negligable on a per unit scale.

    You have a PM btw
