hello there, im hoping you can help me. My front tooth is greyish it looks like a black tooth. I feel off my bike when i was a kid and had 2 get root canal and now i have a black tooth from it. Its internal so as far as i know home-bleaching kits dont work. Not only that I have terrible fangs, one side being really prominent and the other is ok. without the fangs and dicolouration my teeth would be OK.. but the thought of wearing train tracks for 2 yrs is just s**t to me. Especially as im starting college and turning 18. Would veneers be a better option? please somebody advise me on what to do!! please please please any opinions would be great. . bear in mind im not rich either, but my teeth are really getting me down.
    Cheers,
naasface :D < deffo not wat my smile looks like(!)

Naasface, bleacing tooth may be possible using a combination of internal and external bleaching but in my experience the tooth never quite reaches the same colour as rest of teeth and may need to be repeated every couple of years. You would be better off getting a veneer/crown. Spend a little more and get a procera/lava crown, they are magnificent and will look great for many years. The canine may need some selective grinding/contouring, this is quite straight forward to do, the tooth may be a bit sensitive for a couple of weeks though.

Sorry, i should have added, if you pay tax at the higher rate, try and get it done before the new year, changes in the amount you can claim back on your tax means it is going to cost more after january 1st.
