    We have 1 Master Ensuite double room for rent in a DOUBLE ROOM APT. situated in the brand new "Chocolate Factory" block,just beside the HILTON hotel. The room is offered to rent for a minimum of 6 months possibly and it has: double wardrobe, double bed, TV+NTL point, wooden floor, private balcony with a view on Phoenix pk.
    - The bathroom is only for your use and it has a huge shower and underfloor heating
    - There is a parking space in the basement INCLUDED in the rent, it's shared with the Hilton so there's security 24/7
    - The apt contains a large living room with dining area, NTL digital and wi-fi.
    - NO COUPLES, please
    - This accomodation is well connected to the city centre (which is only 4 km away), there is the Green Line Luas at 5 mins walking distance and at least 4 bus routes 2 mins away, u'd be in the city centre in less than 10 mins.
    - Rent is 700E per month + deposit that you will get back when you decide to move out.
