The recipe listed here is a good one - I used it last year to make gingerbread cookies for a party and it has a really nice consistency.

It was you, was it? I could just remember using your recipe - it's a good un, texture and consistency is good, it's easy to make, the dough is nice to work once you've combined the ingredients, and when cooked a simple increase or decrease in cooking duration is enough to go from brittle, like gingersnap biscuits, to chewy gingerbread.
Good recipe.

It was me, yes. I am just glad that it goes around and people enjoy the recipe.
Golden gal, as Tree suggested, you can dip the little guys in chocolate - to give them a nice tasty pair of trousers :-)
But now, back to the kitchen - it's that time of the year again - I am busy making gingerbread houses 0 -
