A decent LDC for less than €100, I don't think that's gonna happen...

To get a LDC for less than 100 euro you have to go Chinese. I usually don't recommend Behringer stuff but the B-1 mic isn't too bad (at least mine isn't but I got it maybe 5 years ago). Wouldn't use it on one of my studio sessions as most studios are packed with nicer mics but it works for demo recordings.
An other mic I've heard good stuff about is the Studio Projects B-1. SE Electronics also have one model that is just over 100 euro.
None of these would be considered studio quality mics but if your on a tight budget you can't be too picky. If possible save up some more money and go for something a bit higher up the food chain. For 200 euro the choses look much better and add an other 100 and you could get a proper mic you would use for years to come.

This would always be my advice too.

The guys here are probably right in that you may be better off spending more money.

However, if you are strict on your budget I (not a studio techie) bought a Samson C03U for just under your 100 E limit.

So far it does what I need it to do and plugs straight into the computer. My only slight quibble with it is that I have to be careful with pronouncing Ps as it does tend to accentuate them (or maybe that's how I'm using it!).
