    How do I say
    -happy christmas
    -happy new year
    -love from X

    Its for a christmas card and its for a native speaker so I need it to be accurate. I dont trust those online translation things! Thanks so much for any help!

    You might wanna say:

    Frohe Weihnachten und einen guten Rutsch ins Neue Jahr!

    Liebe Grüße

    this just means happy xmas and a good "slide" into the new year - it's just something Germans say ;-)
