I cant open up about problems i have. I come from a loving but hard to talk to family. But in the past and now i have had issues but ifind it hard to to tell people be it family, friends or counsellors. I look at the web and read books but i just talk to people about personal stuff. i have always felt a bit ashamed and have let relatively small problems become bigger ones and get the better of me. I let problems become big dramas in my head and then when i find someone with similiar problems i am surprised that its no big deal. I constantly analyze myself and try to act as my own counsellor at look at my problems from all different angles. I find it hard to trust others because i think that they are talking about me behind my or judging me or looking at me through a microscope. I am doing my own head in

I know this a stupid question but how can i just talk to someone?

I can be a bit like that, but try not to let things build up in your head. Once you do talk about things with friends (even dropping things into conversation casually) you get a bit of perspective.....it really is good to talk
