Hopefully I'm posting this thread in the right place

I'm downloading a FXG movies throught VUZE. Substitle files always came with it when I download the movies. However the subtitile can't be display when I played the video with window media player.

Well I have tried to rename the srt file as same name as this video files, unfortunately after I rename the srt file, window player couldn't play the video anymore. I have to change the srt file name again then window player can play the video without subtitle.

I also used VUZE itself to play the movies and no subtitle displayed either.

Anyone have any idea that I can fix this problem

    Many thanks

Download VLC Media Player from http://www.videolan.org/. It's free and it's excellent :).

If your movie (avi) file and subtitle (srt) file are in the same directory the subtitles should open automatically in VLC player.

If not then when you open an avi file with VLC player you get the option to browse and select your subtitle file.
