    Indeed, there's a cheaper video version on that Creative site. That said, it's a case of a refurb with 90day warranty versus a new item with 2 year warranty.

    Very True.
    If you keep a look out Creative do have free shipping offers. I picked my 2gig VPlus up with free shipping so only €27. Hopefully worth the gamble!
