Just wondering if any one else is feeling like this

I start with a little bit about me just 30 have a lovely wife one little girl 2 and another one on the way. All seam’s rosy so why then do I go to bed felling like no matter what I do it will never good enough. I sometimes lye there thinking that they would better off with out me.

I can feel like life is just getting on top of me and all you want to do is get away from it all but you can every time you turn on the radio or TV is all bad news

Hope with some of your post I can get back on the right track

    Thanks in advance

I'm definitely not a doctor but it sounds to me as though you're depressed. The best thing for you would be to talk to your GP about this, you might benefit from some counselling.
In the meantime try not to put yourself down - I'm sure your wife and daughter love you very much and would be lost without you.

I would also advise talking to your wife...she is your partner and may help you to put things into prespective and support you.

Sounds to me OP like you all could do with a holiday...
