When you don't feel sleepy, what do you guys do? Counting sheep is crap, I can't count past 10. Warm milk gives me heartburn. and I don't take any medicine :P

Done, but to no avail... I even went to some boards.ie forums that I never visited before... Just not working... I will be wrecked in about 2 hours... fap fap fap, fall asleep and be pissed off for the whole day for not sleeping.. CHRIST, it's that time already?

Tried this medicine before, knocked me out for about 14 hours, felt like I was sleepwalking all the next day, can't remember much and not taking any pills or drink ever again.

Thing you can get in health shop its called melontonan or something. Regulates body clock. Routine and lay off coffee after lunch time. Try watching some seedy nakid vids of other people copping off!

The reason I cannot sleep is because I am thinking of our new home which we hope to move into sometime over the next month :P

It's nothing specific but we were looking at some kick ass apartments on Daft.ie and my brain is melted. I am all excited and stuff :P

I will try that in a health shop, is it expensive because all I have at the moment is about 4 euro and 30 cents...

insomnia for me is usally the result of something bothering me. I sometimes type up a wordpad entry, it generally helps.

also body warmth can do a lot for you. Feet in particular - extra socks.

I haven't had that problem in a while. I usually get sleepy by 11 on weekdays, or by 12 or 1 on weekends.
