    Hello,

Quick question. Do KVM switches require software/drivers to be installed on the computers used?

Im looking at the below switch, but since it will be used on a work laptop I cant install any software.

    Thanks.

Nope, PS/2 type ones almost never, rare usb ones might.

Some times they might have a driver for "extra" features.

These are great little KVM's and you do not need drivers. Reasonably priced & I've never had any issues with them.
