piston head/cylinder head upgrade

    got myself a systema "silent" piston head set which includes a matching cylinder head. anyone any tips on getting the cylinder head into the cylinder. i just cant seem to get the o-ring to squeese in.

    any links to guides?
    its the right bore as the brass parts of the cylinder head fit, i just cant get the o-ring into the cylinder.

    Shouldn't be that hard to get it in.... have you tried some silicone oil?

    wasnt the intention at all but i see what you mean.
    dont have any silicone at the moment but it seems like i might need to press fit it with a mini vice.

    It really shouldn't be that difficult to fit, o-rings are flexible so there shouldn't be a problem squeezing it in, try a bit of silicone oil or some form of o-ring safe grease and it should fit just fine. Using a vice shouldn't be necessary at all.
