Suggestions for stills camera with good video

    Hi,
    I'm looking to get a compact digital camera. But what I'd like to have is a decent video function. Minimum 640x480 @20fps but better if available.
    Can someone suggest something?

    Not much. €250 tops. But I've seen some excellent bargains on the web, especially with the Sterling exchange right now.
    Just wondering if there is any compact that can do 1280x720 or at least give me a decent frame rate.
