remember a few months ago 3 men afghans i think....were arrested in a hostel in kerry with suspected bomb-making equipment. whatever happened never heard anything since? http://www.rte.ie/news/2008/0229/tralee.html

They were actually Dubs, and were subsequently arrested for leaving the Pale boundaries!:pac:

I believe that what was found in the hostel wasn't sinister, and they were released. Well, that's what I remember reading reading in the local nuachtan.
