Any else see the programme on TG4 the other night about the guard of honour by Irish Army Cadet's at the funeral of JFK.

Well made and very interesting, no doubt it will be repeated.

It might be on www.tg4.tv, you can usually view programs even from abroad.

Another good programme from TG4.

Just wondering, there are a few sequences in the programme that look like they were shot with the modern cadet class, and they have a few of those old rifles. Any reason why they're not used as routine for those ceremonial drills they often do?

It was excellent.TG4 also had a 30 minute colour film of President Kennedy's visit to Ireland in 1963.As far as I know the footage was never broadcast on TV before.TG4 keep coming up with little gems like that.
