Barna Waste on the Headford Road. They're about 4 miles past the Marriott roundabout on the right hand side (beside the old Carrowbrowne dump), and they'll charge you by weight.

Thanks for reply Fey :) .When you say charge by weight.... are they expensive ?.

Also CityBin collect from the house here. I wonder would they take it ?.

    I'm afraid I can't remember their charges.

You could ring Citybin; I've found in the past that if they don't provide a service themselves, they'll go out of their way to find out for their customers who will provide the service, even to the point of ringing the customer back with the name of a company when they have nothing to gain from it themselves. Top notch customer service.

Hi Fey, I rang CityBin there as you suggested. I gotta agree with you on your opinion of them ..... SO helpful and they did give a s*** , unlike many others around these days. 10/10 for them. She told me that I could drop it out to their dump in Oranmore (across the road from their office) and they will get rid of it for me (For only a nominal fee).

Thank you Fey (And thank you CityBin :P)

Now where did I leave that damn carpet ....... !!

How bad is it, why don't you offer it on Galway Freecycle?
