I don't think you'd have many options. I haven't seen it anywhere except Brown Thomas.

    Hi

    bumping an old thread....

any update on places here that sell these cosmetics, or is it still only BT's?

And if so, is it only BT's on Grafton Street, or would Dundrum branch sell them too?

    Thanks

    T

Don't buy her makeup! It's such a rip off!!!! MAC and CLINIQUE are much better and they're so much cheaper and you get loads more. And I think the quality's better.

    baby try Illamasqua.

    http://www.illamasqua.com/store/category/face/bronzing-duo/

That looks even nicer in real life. I'd reccomend the lightest one for you.

Clinique and Estee Lauder also do wonderful bronzers for your beautiful skin. xx

BTs in Dundrum only does a few lines (MAC, Benefit, one of those mineral make up brands) so you won't find it there unfortunately.

    You could also try Givenchy

it's not identical (only has one shade) but my mum got a REALLY nice bronzer in bobbi brown lately. I thought my mum and I were too pale for bronzer but this one suits really nicely so if you're particularly pale it might be a good option to check out.

In fairness, I think that's a bit of a blanket statement to make.

The range offered by MAC vs Clinique vs Laura Mercier is, apart from them all doing basics like foundation, powder etc, incomparable.

And Quality varies A LOT from product to product.....I mena MAC mascara is general conceded to be pretty brutal for example.

Similarly Quantity can vary a lot from product to product, but things like foundation etc generally come in standard sizes, added to which a lot of the Mercier foundations come in tube which is surely less wasteful??

@OP I think that bronzer you are looking at is very distinctly Laura Mercier. Bobbi Brown is probably the only one that would offer anything similar, although that Givenchy one did look good. Guerlain might be worth a look also, but again with Guerlain/Bobbi Brown you'll be paying much the same as the Laura Mercier one.

The Bronzer range in Lancome and Estee Lauder tend to be quite dark, certainly they don't do anything as subtle as that LM one. I do know that Smashbox do something relatively similar(or at least they did); it only comes as one colour though.

And I really think that Illamasqua bears no resemblance to what you're looking for.

Maybe you should just treat yourself!!!

Estee Lauder bronzer is excellent, no sparkly bits in the one I have. I have pale skin and find their colours very good.

I use Bare Minerals ID 'warmth' complexion enhancer powder over my mineral make up (Philosophy Super Natural Canvas). This really brightens your complexion without any evident bronzer look and again no sparkly bits! It makes you look well rested when your washed out. IYKWIM!:)
