Just took up Box Fit as part of my weight loss programme.

    Really enjoying it.

Can anyone tell me where to get a good set of 16 ounce gloves on or off line.

    Thanks

check up argos or elvery's sports, is there any reason why they need to be 16oz? 10 or 12 would be better for training!

Paul, I'm thinking possible hand protection. Those 16 OZ do offer better protection; but for pads and bag work, 10-12 oz are better suited!

Think the trainer said to get 16oz cause it makes you work hard and gives you a better work out.

Im mainly doing it to mix up my weight loss routine.

    Thanks for your help.
