ok according to boxrec Riddick Bowe has got himself a slot in Wladimir Klitschko's undercard in Dec. He's on the card but no opponent penciled in yet.

What's all this with the old guys making some sort of a christmas comeback ?? Are they all short money for the christmas pressies or what like!!!!!!

Normally, I would agree; but seeing as Holyfield is challenging for the title I think, then Bowe SHOULD be allowed to box!:)

Normally, I would agree; but seeing as Holyfield is challenging for the title I think, then Bowe SHOULD be allowed to box!

I don't agree with Holyfield fighting either, but at least he hasn't been showing any of the symptoms Bowe was showing around the time of the Golota fights (c. 12 years ago), slurring speech, erratic behaviour, etc.

Bowe has serious health issues that boxing will only exacerbate !

I think bowe is less affected than evander, his main health problems where diet related in my opinion...evander is slow and old, bowe is a wait and see thing!

im not anti bowe while he can still win-and in my opinion he could beat any of the heavys right now..

Paul, does anyone even know what state Bowe is in. For all we know, he could be a bag of crap. How can we ascertain his chances if we know nothing about him today. Does anyone have any current INFO?

I seen him on tele a while ago and he looked well, as good as he did in the past, his brain-only scans can tell that and he will need a scan to get licensed, yearly too.

By listening to him speak he was always a bit slurry, i dont think he is worse than when he was young and talked like that to..evander has clearly been affected! and i love evander, hopefully he leaves with the belt! but we know he wants to unify, very sad and dangerous.

He had two fights a few years ago and looked dreadful.
