Parking around aungier street?

    Hi,

    Where is the best and cheapest place to park around dit aungier street, dont mind a 5 min walk if it has to be done.

    RCSI (joins Stephens Green Centre carpark) is close but not cheap, mind you the on-street is 20c an hour more and that doesn't include the student rate. No free parking nearby.

    That student rate is only for the evening isn't it? There's the stamp / clip / whatever it is just beside the porters in Aungier but apparently they don't turn it on til 5..

    Dunno, haven't used RCSI since last year when I was in Aungier....use Parnell now that I;m on the other side and the student rate is a max. of €11.50 a day - handy for the odd time.

    OP - how long do you need to park for?

    Its not connected to any power supply so how can it be turned on/off?

    I don't know whether it is or isn't, but I tried (unsuccessfully) to stamp/whatever the **** it's supposed to do my card and it didn't work. I asked the porters and they said it's only turned on after 5pm.
