Do i sense the college is getting a bit more organised imagine the exams are 3 weeks away and we have a timetable!
Not happy about doing an exam on the eve of Christmas eve at 9.15am though:mad:

i'll second that, there seems to be something up although i think they learned from the amount of complaint last year, our class had the students union eating their a55e5 because we had no break between any of the exams last year. This year it doesn't seem too bad and we seem to have the difficult ones spaced out thank god. Not happy with the whole exams before christmas. If what i heard was right and they think it will curb the failure rate by holding them before christmas i seriously doubt it. No-one should have exams on the 23rd of christmas. Just not right..

anyway all that malarky said, best of luck to everyone in the exams.may go inform the class now.

    I have 4 exams; 16th, 17th, 18th, 19th. Not sure if that's a good thing or not!

    Hey all,

When I was in WIT I had experience of exams before Christmas (before semesterisation) and after Christmas. When I had them before Christmas it was never as late as the 23rd!!! That's crazy! Have to say I preferred them before Christmas coz I could go home for Christmas, leave my college stuff in Waterford and not have to worry about course work etc until after and really enjoy my break. Whereas trudging home on a bus with your Christmas pressies, clothes and college books was awful!!!
