Any bluetooth headset will work with your PS3. You can pay €50 if you want one from Zavvi or HMV or something or buy one on Ebay

    Example:

    http://cgi.ebay.ie/BLUETOOTH-WIRELESS-HEADSET-FOR-NOKIA-SAMSUNG-BLACKBERRY_W0QQitemZ370101791123QQcmdZViewItem?hash=item370101791123&_trksid=p3286.c0.m14&_trkparms=72%3A1300|66%3A2|65%3A12|39%3A1|240%3A1307

    There are thousands of them.

Carphonewarehouse as selling a Motorla one

    http://www.carphonewarehouse.ie/prod...6b7d9188070eea

Its made BY motorola. It does not mean you have to have a motorla product to use it. It WILL work with your PS3

got the motorola one, problem his how do i get it to work!! playing it with call of duty wow and i turn the game on and there seems to be nothing coming out of it when i turn it on!!! help!!

Have you paired it with the PS3 first? If not, go into the settings and pair it up. The, if its like my Motorola, you should hear beeps in the headset when it connects as Cod starts up.

If there is a button on it to answer calls try pressing this once to swap from speakers to ear piece thats how my old one worked anyway.

Now i just have the Sony one so i dont have any problems and i can use the HQ

Theres a setting in bluetooth (I think ) that asks you whether you want to use the "connected device" for output or "normal" I think it is.
Im not in front of my ps3 at the minute but Ill check it for you later.Had the same problem my self last week and found the setting by fluke.

is the new sony headset good, is it possible to buy one seperatly instead of having to get it with that bug ridden socom confrontation ?? the headset i have only has 4 hours talk time, which for me sucks :(

Yea its much better as it uses the new HQ signal rather than the old signal the ones at the moment use. My old one was very hard to understand people i found myself having to have stuff repeated all the time but the new one is very clear and comfortable on the ear.

You dont have to get it with socom you can get it on its own for around 30 euro its just the socom one is 38 euro so your getting a game for 8 or so euro.
