Just out of curiosity do the athesiest people on here watch many US films and how regular?

Yes, quite regularly - 2 or 3 times a week.

I find US porn far superior to Brazilian or Euro stuff, don't you?

I doubt there's anyone here who doesn't watch American movies, they're kind of hard to avoid unless you intend to avoid main stream entertainment or have a fondness for subtitles.

Did you mispost this or something? What on Earth does this have to do with Atheism.

Most cinema movies I watch are American. Most TV movies too.
I even use the word "movies" instead of "films" or "moving pictures".

Suspecting this will turn into how influential US ideals and god concepts are transmitted in the media.

My hunch is that Gareth thinks we've been corrupted into being atheists by US movies.

No, I don't like fiction in general. Especially fiction that follows a formula. I don't mind something that is ridiculously and unashamedly far - fetched like WWE wrestling though. But that's it.

yeah - them god hating, bible burning Americans and their movies. We should watch movies from countries that hold religion and god in such high regard that to not believe in them would appear to be unpatriotic and appear to prohibit you from high office.

It could go either way though because of his 'professed' Catholicism I'm guessing you're right and US media is the big satan.

That said, personally I find the religious content of "Brazilian bubble-butt babes" to be entirely the same as all US porn, so he's going to have a hard job sustaining his argument either way, Brazil being a *very* catholic country don't ya know.

I can see the headlines on Alive! now

"Survey results are in. Majority of Atheists are known to watch American Movies. Using Biblical logic we can conclude that American Movies brainwash your children into Nazi loving Atheists.... more on this shocking story on page 3"

It's the easiest form of atheist.

    This thread fails.
