can you tell me if its worth buying WaW? havent bought a wii game in ages because ive been turned off by simply awful and lazy games. really want to buy this but not sure if i could take the disappointment without smashing my wii up.

Yeah no problem. I've played about 2 hours of the single player campaign. Its quite good. It's very similar to COD 3 on the Wii. Have you played that game or any COD on any format?

Basically, it looks good. The controls are excellent. The single player campaign isnt too bad so far. The squad AI is pretty poor and the enemies all seem to focus on you breaking the atmosphere a little. It has had a couple of good reviews so far. 81% on metacritic. I reckon its worth buying, that is if you like FP shooters.

I play multiplayer mostly. Its good online, the best Wii online game i know of next to Mario Kart. It is similar to the PS3/360 versions online in that your character gains access to new weapons/maps the more you play.

I'm enjoying the one player more than the online right now. The AI is a bit dumb at times alright and they do concentrate on just you, making your teammates practically useless, but it has to be played on at least normal to appreciate how incredibly intense it it.

thanks for the advice lads, was playing the ps3 version last night - dont expect it to be anything like it graphically but looking at your reviews it seems to be one of the best shooters on wii.

Hey whats goin on, Idk if this forum is old or anything, but Its the only one I've found...but I've noticed that the xbox online play has a lot more options than the Wii, like more maps, different types of play, I was wonderin if I unlock them later on or something?? let me know plz..thanks...o yea I'll be sure to add you guys to my friend list

You could try wiffy.ie an Irish nintendo forum to set-up a tournament. Im sure there would be plenty of interest.
