No XNA community games in Ireland?

At first I thought they might be US only but when I checked the PC store a few minutes ago I was incorrectly directed to the British address and low and behold they also had them. At first I thought they might be US only but when I checked the PC store a few minutes ago I was incorrectly directed to the British address and low and behold they also had them.

The community games link doesn't even exist on the Irish NXE/PC store. Why on earth is Ireland being made to wait?
