health Insurance increase in premium, worried.

I'm 30 and have a disability, currently paying for my own private health insurance from my meagre allowance. The government is imposing a E170 levy on all under 50..I'm very worried that I'll no longer be able to afford to continue payment. Is anyone else in a similar situation?.
