    Hi

I just read the Deepak Chopra book "The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success".

I throroughly enjoyed it, and intend to follow the guidelines given.

Has anyone else out there read this book? Did you enjoy it? :)

Funny you should mention this book, it has a special sigificance to me. I was at a turning point in my life and I read this book, from then things kept getting better for me. It started me on a completely new journey, and it breaks down complex spiritual ideas into a nice, easy to understand guidelines for living. I've given the book to various friends, especially if they were going through hard times, and have always gotten great feedback :)

Since reading that book I've done more meditation and have tried books that go a little more deeply into these spiritual concepts, but that book is a great reference point and it sums everything up.

I'm currently reading Deepak's book "The third Jesus" as well as some Krishnamurti (who is also amazing).

I've that book of deepaks and found it very useful especially in bringing together science and religion
(btw has n e one noticed him on the windows(microsoft) ad. hes at the very end and says 'I am a pc and a human being , not a human doing or human thinking , a human being)
I've also read a lot of krishnamurtis stuff and can recommend it highly
for seekers of truth or people interested in transforming society (by transforming oneself first)
heres the official site (is being updated to cover the whole shebang of k's work)
    http://jkrishnamurti.org/
and an online community dedicated to krishnamurtis works and explorations
which has grown and developed very rapidly
    http://jkrishnamurti.ning.com/
there is also an irish krishnamurti group that do meetings
but their website seems to have disappered recently ( probably time to update)
I could recommend a lot of spiritual books so I'll just throw in this link to what I'm reading
    http://www.goodreads.com/review/list/336620
books that help you out in life are worth their weight in gold for the value they give
    good luck
