    Hi,
Im currently in my final year in college and considering applications for gradutate programms in the 'sales and trading' side of things.

Obv its not the best time to be entering the industry, but i wouldnt mind just getting some experince at interviews etc. this year and maybe re-applying to the banks after a doing a masters.

I was wondering if anybody could recomend any 'must read' books that shed a real insight into the industry. Im not really looking for text books as such ( have enough of that in coll), but more personel experinces, anecdotes or books that give an outline to the physcilogy of the markets.

The only book Ive ever really read on the subject was 'Devil take the Hindmost', which was about the history of the financial markets and i really enjoyed that, so any recomendations along those lines would be greatly appriciated.

    Thanks in advance
