Mac to PC network

Ok then.

I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium. Flate mate is has a Mac (not sure of the OS).
I'd like to share files between us.
We have a wireless router set up and running.

In nice ans easy terms, can it be done easily?

Can be a bitch of a bitch to setup, though once your done it will work fine..

Yeah just follow the instructions on the site above, I think it covers everything!.

Can you not just switch the fooker into English language?. Think all the language packs are installed on a mac?.
