    everyone is telling me to sell , any advice is appreciated. 18 months ago i bought a 01 volvo s40 1.9 d with 115 bhp . eveything was going fine till i started loosing power which started this series of events,
    replaced air mass meter 250e , clutch+ clutch plate 1800e , turbo+ acelerator assembly 1650e . things seemed to be going great but it needed tires so a set of goodyear f1 eagles 500e then poly belt broke snapping the timing belt !!! reconditioned head , new belts , pullys , water pump, valves and all the works 1700e . am i mad to still want to keep it:confused:

    Besides a set of wipers there aint much left to replace at this stage.

    that`s what i`m thinking , it`s got 113k on it now and practically new mechanically be a shame to give someone else the benefit , must pick up those wipers before they go : )

    Id er on the side of holding onto it. I put alot of money into by my old Beemer (similar mileage to yours) over the last 3 years also. The car is worth bugger all on the 2nd hand market, so its worth more to me than to others, therefore im going to retain it.
