Another Ch4HD Question

I know that Sky are using a symbol rate of 29.5, and you can't manually change this. So I put my freesat card in the Irish SkyHD box, and I got my BBC/CH4 HD (see below) okay fine, but even with the card in, I couldn't manually add these, why? (Stupid) question, but is it the card, or something else?

The manual tuning is still locked to you when your FTV card is in. The epg is setup by sky and they can use all available freqs etc. as they have locked the box. Hope this helps.
