Has anybody any experience dealing with them? Want to get some books etc but before I do I'd like to check out if they're any good and how speedy their delivery is.

They are a huge bricks & mortar store in the US and UK ... and AFAIK they are associated with amazon ... so they should be reliable.

however I have never used them ... but i would think they are.

Only ordered in the US so got it pretty quickly so not sure about delivery, but they're a reliable source alright, good for dvds too.

They're totally independent of Amazon now and they're really good, would recommend highly.
