Reassembly of a CA M15 series

I decided it was time to familiarise myself with the innards of an aeg...BAD idea
Dismantled it to the gearbox and reassembled. It worked...for a while.
The piston locked back and now won't budge.

So I disassembled it again, and reassembled it, now I can't figure out what way the motor goes back (does it matter?)

Can anyone point me to where I can find an assembly/disassembly guide? And preferably on a webpage I can save...I've got no internet at home, and 30 mins of internet searches have proved fruitless. I really want to fix this myself if at all possible.

I've got not internet at home, and I'm not going to bring my aeg into work to fiddle with it...:P

If there is a text version available to download, that's the one I'm after.
    But thanks airsofty, much appreciated

Actually, to clear things up, its the reassembly from the gearbox shell up, if I'm explaining that correctly. You couldn't pay me to strip a gearbox.

I'm mainly focussing on the motor/gear interface.
I'm thinking one of the gears is stripped, but I'm mechanically challenged so it's a complete guess.

Found this on Arnie's, may be of use. E.

You probably already have this manual ....

It sounds to me that you may have over-tightened the motor height screw, which is located on the bottom of the pistol grip (the biggest one).
Try loosening the screw a half turn then try the gun again. Repeat if there's still no joy.
P.S Use a freshly charged battery, as the massive current drain from a locked motor will have taken most of the charge out of it.

If the motor isn`t tightened correctly and the box isn`t properly shimmed you could have shifted one of the gears and locked the piston. If thats the case you`ll have to open the mechbox. What make is the gun?

I got it back together and tried it after a few days and it's back working again. I'm thinking one of the wires was in the way of the motor and was not connecting with the gears.

Back together and working perfectly...for now :D

Thanks to Airsofty, tonky, Head_Hunter and maldondo for their help, much appreciated. Virtual pints all round
