He is ready to put a deposit on the new Tesla model in the pipeline. His view is that Detroit should be allowed to go out of business - give $100 million to Tesla - rather than wasting $20 billion of gov.money subsidizing the incompetent polluters in Detroit.

He also has some things to say about those nice people in the investment banking/hedge fund/derivative business and their destruction of the green thing in one's pocket.
