..and have them delivered by the day of release?

    Anyone got some recommendations?

I normally use Gamesnash.com, but for some unknown reason they aren't stocking Rock Band 2 as far as I can see, so I'm gonna have to look elsewhere to have it on Friday. And no, I can't just pop down to the shops for it as I live in the middle of nowhere and the nearest place that sells games is about 30 miles away.

I could get it from an English site no problem, but then I'd be waiting until next week for it.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Send Gamesnash an email and they may be able to get it in for you.

Shopto.net and game.co.uk are a couple I've heard deliver on, or even before, the day of release. My information comes from other message boards so take it as you may.

The unknown reason soon to be known ;) is that the Irish Distributors for EA will not have stock here until the middle of next week. Therefore we can't take pre orders as we would not be able to deliver them for release day this week.

Our apologies for this - we were expecting to be stocking Rock Band 2 for pre orders but it's out of our hands at the moment.

Does that apply to everyone or just yourselves?

As far as we know it applies to everyone who deals with the Irish distributors. The likes of Game and Gamestop source stock directly through the UK. I would assume Smyths and possibly Xtravision are dealing directly with EA so they may not have any issues. It's just the smaller chains and independants that are effected. We unfortunately come under the independant bracket at the moment. :o
