Excel Data Mess(Mail Merge)

    Not sure where to post this, please more if wrong area.

    I have a file here with hundreds of addresses but the full address for each client is in one cell, im trying to create a mail merge and because the way the data is in the excel document its showing everything in address line 1 in the mail merge labels, is there any quick way to format the address in excel to break the address into its different parts like address line 1, address line 2 etc??

    look for text to columns. That will sort it for you.
