    Junction presents...

    Saturday, November 22nd, 2008.

@ McGruders, Thomas Street, Dublin 8

    Conan O’Donnell [Junction]
    Rian Ryan [Electricity]
    Jay Grogan [Slick-Dj]
    Andy Noonan [Junction]
    Joe McGrath [Junction]

    Doors: 10pm – late
    Admission €10

    Conan O’Donnell
We are excited to have Conan down to play for the first time at Junction. Conan has been rocking clubs around Dublin for the last few years with one of the highlights being his incredible warm up set for Deetron down at Electricity. We couldn’t think of a better dj to finish off the night. Technically one of the best in the country with his mash ups of techno electro and dubstep this will be a set to remember!

    Rian Ryan
One of the late great Electricity resident djs Rian will be down on the night. With so many styles from Detroit to Ghetto Booty it’s hard to tell what he is going to play next. Rian has played down at Junction many times in the past and he has never ceased to blow us away with his ability, so drop in to check the man in action.

    Jay Grogan
Jay has been a regular fixture on the Dublin club scene for the past 5 years or so. Starting out at legendary spots such as Club Mono & 12Ten, Jay moved on to earn his first residency in 2005 in Ireland's most renowned club, the POD.
His musical interests fall in the electronica category, with elements of techno, house, tech house and anything with a hint of acid on the menu. He can be spotted regularly performing at Ireland's home of the underground - Acii Disco.
For some recent sets from Jay check out www.myspace.com/jaygrogan

    Andy Noonan
Junction resident Andy will be on the ones and twos keeping things going with as mix of minimal and Detroit sounds. Expect to hear tracks from Subject Detroit and D1.

    Joe McGrath
Joe is no stranger to Dublin’s techno scene having ran the longest running techno night in Switch called damage/techno.ie. Joe is now concentrating his efforts on his studio work so expect to hear some new material throughout his set. Expect to hear some deep tech-house and minimal sounds.

Hey all! This weekend we will host all homegrown talent on the four stages. We are very happy to welcome back Junction who provided what was perhaps the best ever night to come to McGruders last bank holiday Sunday. Joining them is promoters Drop who will be a regular feature at HotchPotch in the coming months and which is fronted by Jaime Clarke (yer man from produce) and Barry O'Neill.

Also the little minions from Tetric will be up to show us how the new generation are doing it off the back of their highly successful midweeks at the button factory where fidgety electronica is their speciality. As always, humanmusic have a great lineup of bands on their stage where Mescalito are kings of the hill. Full line up and blurb are below and you can pm us for guestlist!
