Receiving 2 calls (Fixed/IP) at once

    Ok, so I have setup a while now with my C475 Gigaset phones, and have retained my fixed line, along with my VOIP account with Eircom.

    I have been using the fixed lines and IP lines individually for some time with no issues.

    However, today my wife was on the fixed line, and someone was calling me on the IP line but their call kept going to voicemail? In the end I had to ask my wife to end her call in order to receive mine via IP.

    Is there something I have not set-up correctly, or is this behaviour in fact correct ? I had assumed I could receive a call on both numbers at the same time ? :confused:

    OK, from further investigation it seems the VOIP number is just going to voicemail, everytime ? I am pretty sure I took some calls last week, that worked, but now v-mail ? Weird...........

    I can ring out on it no problem, just for some reason its diverting to v-mail ?

    Rebooted everything again and now I seem to be back in action, weird !
